‘Platform’ refers to the Farmers App ecosystem including mobile, web, and integrated digital systems owned and managed by Unique ERP AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Unique ERP Inc. ‘User’ includes farmers, cooperatives, buyers, partners, service providers, financial institutions, or any party accessing the platform. ‘Services’ refers to all digital agriculture, information exchange, and related technology services made available through the platform.

Use of Platform
Users must use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. Any unauthorized use, misuse, or attempt to disrupt platform operations is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information you provide and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to our collection and handling of personal and agricultural data in accordance with that policy. We maintain appropriate security and confidentiality standards to protect user data.

Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and materials available on the platform are the property of Unique ERP AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for lawful and personal or business purposes related to agriculture. Any reproduction, modification, or redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide reliable and secure services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unique ERP AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms, legal non-compliance, or misuse of services. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in business, legal, or operational requirements. Continued use of our platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
